FOP Gift Shop

Welcome to the Fraternal Order of Police, Chicago Lodge No. 7 Gift Shop Website.  The Gift Shop is located on the first floor of the FOP lodge building at 1412 West Washington Boulevard, Chicago, Illinois.

The Gift Shop offers all types of police related novelty apparel, accessories, publications and giftware.  At the present time, the website shows only a small portion of what is available at the Gift Shop.  As we grow, the website will expand to offer more merchandise.

The Committee will endeavor to make your shopping experience pleasant and professional.  We will do all we can to make sure your order is shipped in a timely manner.  If a “glitch” does occur with your order, you will be contacted immediately to rectify the matter.  Also, please be assured that your personal information will not be sold or given to anyone.  We respect your right to privacy; your information will only be used by the Gift Shop to inform you of sales, new merchandise etc.

We, the Committee Members, look forward to our association with you.  Your satisfaction is most important.  We would like to hear from you if you have any suggestions, ideas, and information about price-related products or problems.

FOP GIFT SHOP WEBSITE POLICIES

1.         All merchandise ordered must be paid for, in full, by Credit/Debit card.  Allow 4 – 6 weeks for delivery.

2.         We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover only.

3.         Refunds: A credit, for the cost of merchandise only, will be issued to your card when merchandise is returned in unused condition within (45) forty-five days of purchase and with original receipt. We are sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.

4.         Exchanges: Exchanges on unused merchandise can be made within (45) forty-five days of purchase.

5.                  No refunds or exchanges on special/custom orders, headwear or underwear.

6.                  Shipping: Merchandise will be shipped by US Mail or UPS.  All items will be insured and trackable.

7.                  Return Shipping: All shipping charges will be pre-paid by the customer unless authorized by the Gift Shop Manager or the Committee Chairman.

8.                  Back Orders: If an item is temporarily out of stock, the customer will decide to either wait for the item to be received or cancel the item from the order.

9.                  Damaged Items: All damaged claims must be processed between the customer and the carrier.  The Gift Shop will not process damaged item claims.  Retain all original shipping materials.

10.              Missing Delivery: When an order is filled and shipped, the Gift Shop will send you a shipment notification E-mail.  If a package does not arrive within (7) seven days of the shipment notification E-mail, the customer must contact the Gift Shop to investigate.

11.              Missing Merchandise: If any item is missing from an order, the customer must contact the Gift Shop Manager to investigate within (14) fourteen days of the shipment notification E-mail.

12.              Disputes: All disputes must be submitted, in writing, to the Gift Shop Committee for resolution.  If unable to agree to a resolution, the dispute will be submitted to the Better Business Bureau.  The mediator’s decision will be final.
