The Lodge has been receiving numerous complaints
about how various judges have handled cases where an
officer is a victim or the accused. We are
attempting to keep a database of decisions made by
judges that handle these types of cases so that we
may be better prepared at election time. Please
complete the following form. All information needs
to be included. Be specific in the comments section
( reason for a finding of no probable cause, etc).

not be divulged to any party.
