Joseph A. Molitor III
Joseph A. Molitor III, age 69, passed away on September 17, 2018 at his Danbury, WI home in the arms of his loving wife after a ten year battle with Multiple Myeloma. He was a loving husband to his wife Lesa Ann Molitor and loving father to daughters Jennifer A. (Milan) Sucevic and Amy M. (Michael) Morrissey, stepsons Jordan S. Haas and Jace M. (Jade) Richter, and stepdaughter Karlie K. Richter. He was also a devoted and loving grandfather to his grandchildren Nikolas, Gabriel, Logan, Ava, Jack, Charlotte, and Riley. He was the dear son of the late Mary E., nee Gilligan and Joseph A. Molitor Jr. Dear brother to Patrick J. (Karen) Molitor, Joanne Molitor (decd.), Mary E. (Mark) Braun, Michael W. Molitor (decd.), Katherine M. Molitor, Patricia J. (Arthur) Meszewski, Margaret M. (Patrick) Winchester, Marie T. (David) Milanowski. Fond uncle of 18 nieces and nephews. Joe was a retired Chicago Police Detective of 32 years, a member of Post 403 of the American Legion, Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 7, Sportsman's Rod and Gun Association of Chicago, and Fishbowl Wooden Nickel Coin Club. His hobbies included hunting, fishing, coin collecting, and horsemanship. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Chicago Police Memorial fund or Rochester House of Shields. A memorial will be held at Sacred Heart of Jesus and Mary Catholic Church (28460 Cty Rd H, Webster, WI 54893) at 2pm followed by a celebration of life next door at The Shop Bar and Grill on October 7, 2018.
