RS&P Property Group is offering FOP members a $5000 Home Buying Credit. Founder, Bob Sheridan, has been a very strong supporter of the Police communities of Chicago for almost half a century. He is a Founding Member of The Hundred Club of Chicago, which started in 1966, and he has been a member of its Board of Directors continuously since.
The FOP has now formed an Alliance with RS&P, as approved by the FOP Board on March 1, 2011. (See Bill Dougherty’s letter in the April 2011 newsletter)
Major reasons for the Alliance:

- RS&P gives a $5,000 buyers credit plus 3% of selling price toward closing costs to all FOP members!
Additionally, The Chicago Patrolmens Credit Union, who is also part of this Alliance, will offer a payment program to buyers that allows for monthly mortgage payments to be split up into two equal payments per month. This will allow for payments that are consistent with pay periods, creating convenience for budgeting.
