UPDATE

On Monday, November 2nd, final arguments were made in the case to dismiss the Underwood case.  Thanks to all the retirees who packed the court room.

The City argued they have no obligation to provide retired city employees with health insurance. 

The four pension funds argued they have no obligation to provide retirees with health insurance.

Clint Krislov argued that they City and funds are obligated by law and by Kanerva to provide health insurance to all city retirees. 

On December 11th Judge Cohen will issue a written order and in that order will be the next status date.  We will not be going to court on the 11th.
