FOP Chicago Lodge #7 is proud to sponsor three Chicago Police hockey teams, the FOP Stars, Stars North, and Stars South.

Stars 2008/09 Seasons Begin

All FOP Stars and Stars South players must complete the Johnny's Ice House Individual Players Registration form online. Registration is free, but you must provide proof of insurance. You may access the form by clicking on the following link. Online Players Registration Form

All Stars North players must complete a USA Hockey Online Registration Form. Registration is $43.00 and provides you with insurance in the event of a minor or catastrophic injury. You may access the form by clicking on the following link. USA Hockey Online Registration

Come Out and Watch the Stars Play

Johnny's Ice House is located at 1350 W. Madison St at the corner of Loomis and Madison. You can watch the game from a full-service enclosed bar. Admission to all games is free. Come out and support the teams.

Sponsors Needed

The Stars are seeking sponsors for the upcoming 2008/2009 season. The Stars are currently dressing three teams in three different leagues.
