Passing Of Past President William J. Nolan

We’re devasted to announce the passing of Past President William J. Nolan. Bill Nolan joined the Chicago Police Department in 1959 and loyally led Lodge #7 as President from 1993-2002, he additionally served as the National FOP Treasurer from 1987-1995. He was a dedicated member of our Lodge, co-founder of Dreams 4 kids, and a devoted supporter of Easterseals. We send our condolences to his wife Carol and to the rest of his family. To Know Bill was to love him, he will be deeply missed, Rest In Peace Brother.
We pledge ourselves to promote the health and welfare of all Chicago Law Enforcement Officers and their immediate families; to raise and maintain the professional standards of the Chicago Law Enforcement Officer; and to represent Chicago Police Officers in affairs relative to the administration of the department.
