Senate Bill 16, House Bill 4027 And House Bill 4045

There has been some Legislation that has passed out of the Senate and two more bills are sitting in the House that are very similar about limiting State pensions. Although these Bills do not affect Chicago Police Pensions, it's just a matter of time before, should they pass, they will turn their sights on Law Enforcement.
The FOP, Chicago Lodge 7 is firmly against Senate Bill 16, House Bill 4027 and House Bill 4045 and we ask that you contact your State Representatives and State Senators and ask them to oppose this Legislation.
