Court Update: Judge Hall was supposed to hear our TRO filing from friday. The city filed a consolidation motion to have everything put under one judge(Horan). That caused Judge Hall to defer to the consolidation issue first instead of the emergency TRO. We have filed an emergency motion to hear the original emergency motion from friday and HOPEFULLY the Chief Judge of Chancery division has our hearing later this afternoon.
