The Ella French Scholarship is awarded to children of the Chicago Police Department and other youth actively involved in police programming to provide financial assistance to offset hight school expenses such as tuition, supplies and transportation. Yesterday, August 15th, marked the 25th anniversary of the shooting of our CPD brother, Mike Ceriale. Mike was twenty-six years old and had less than a year and a half of service on the job at the time. Mike was a fighter and held on for six days in the hospital where he finally succumbed to his gunshot wound on August 21st, 1998. Due to the National FOP Conference the week of August 14, 2023, our store will not be open for the entire week.   Our office will be very short staffed, therefore our hours will be adjusted to 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.  As always our 24 hour service will be available in an emergency.
