Arbitration Hearing On Day Off Groups And Start Times Ends
Originally Posted on February 14, 2020 The FOP has concluded a two-day arbitration hearing over the city’s attempt to change start times citywide and eliminate three Day Off Groups in the Sixth District. The arbitration arose from an Unfair Labor Practice claim won by the FOP that said these cases are mandatory subjects of collective bargaining. The arbitrator’s ruling should come within thirty days.
