Open Enrollment 2025

2026 ANNUAL OPEN ENROLLMENT IS COMING!
Starts: October 15, 2025, Ends: October 29, 2025
All changes made will be effective January 1, 2026.
During Open Enrollment you can change, enroll, re-enroll, or cancel medical, dental, and vision coverages for you and your dependents. You can also enroll or re-enroll in a Healthcare or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA), if applicable.*
*Enrollment in the FSA is required every year. 2025 FSA deductions will automatically end after 12/31/25.
The Chicago Benefits Office will host six Benefits Fairs during Open Enrollment. These are excellent opportunities to meet with vendors who will be on-site to answer questions.
